Do you Ship internationally?

We ensure deliveries in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and France (Hauts-de-France and Grand-Est)

How long is the delivery time?

For items on stock, we offer a same-day delivery for all orders placed before 10:00AM, from Monday until Friday.


For special orders which are meant to be produced on the demand, like a customized size or color, the delivery time can vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What shipping methods are availabe?

You can choose a delivery by MOBYSIT, or you can choose a pick-up in our warehouse. We will let you know all the important details to make sure the pick-up is done easily.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive updates as soon as your order has been prepared, shipped and on it's way to you.


Payment

Do you offer a student discount?

All students are entitled to 20% discount, on top of the free delivery and installation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? 

For online transactions, you can choose online banking, payment cards (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard), Paypal.


For transactions in our store, you can also pay with :

- Cash (limited to 3.000€ per purchase)

- Credit with 0% interest rate (issued by one of our partner banks). Please visit our boutique to check your eligibility.

When and how can I get my bill?

Your ordered will be confirmed with an order confirmation document. 

The invoice will be sent via e-mail and also included to the delivery or at your disposal during the pick-up.

Can I pay in installments?

Payment in installments is possible, until 24 months time and with 0% interest rate.

You start your first payment always within the first month after your purchase.


Order & returns

Is it possible to send back several packages?

It is possible to send back several packages, but you have to identify and label each one separately. 

We are not responsible for packages not reaching us.

When do I receive a refund?

As soon as our team receives your package(s), we will start inspection and in case you are eligible for a full refund, we will proceed with the payment within the 14 days following the inspection.

Please note that items should be non-used and in their original packaging without damages.

HOW CAN I Change OR Cancel MY ORDER? 

You can change your order as long as the delivery is not planned.

Exception for special orders (tailored size and color) which are not eligible to any change as soon as the order is confirmed by our team.

You also have 14 days to cancel your online order without any explanation.
